Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy

Create, review, and maintain job descriptions and specifications

Conduct job and task analyses to clearly define role requirements and objectives

Prepare recruitment collateral and advertise openings across suitable platforms such as job portals, newspapers, colleges, and social media

Source and attract candidates through databases, networks, and digital channels

Review and shortlist resumes and job applications
-
Conduct interviews using effective and reliable selection techniques within defined timelines
-
Evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, soft skills, experience, and overall suitability
-
Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires

Stay updated on and implement best practices in recruitment

Generate clear, data-driven recruitment reports for internal stakeholders

Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and build strong relationships throughout the hiring process

Strengthen and promote the organization’s employer brand as a preferred workplace
Requirements and Skills
-
Demonstrated experience as a recruiter, either in-house or within a recruitment agency
-
Strong capability to conduct various interview formats, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews
-
Practical experience with multiple selection methods such as video, phone, and reference checks
-
Ability to plan and manage assessment centers, including work samples, simulations, psychometric, and aptitude tests

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and HRIS/HRMS platforms
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Sound judgment and confident decision-making skills
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management
